Who we are
Fill Good Lips is a trading name of Fill Good Aesthetics Ltd, company number 15080264, registered office Glebe Farm, Church End, Donington, Spalding, England, PE11 4SQ. We are the controller of the information you give us on this page. Questions: call 07441 371504 or email hello@fillgoodlips.uk.
What we collect
When you request a call back: your first name, mobile number and email, the area you are interested in if you tell us, and whether you have agreed to texts. We also record which ad or search brought you here, using campaign codes and Google's click identifier, so we know which advertising works.
We do not ask about your health on this page. That is discussed in person at your consultation.
Why we use it, and the law that allows it
- To call you back and arrange a consultation, because you asked us to.
- To know which ads bring enquiries, because we have a legitimate interest in managing our advertising.
- To text you about offers, only if you tick the box, and you can withdraw that at any time by telling us.
Who handles it
LeadConnector (GoHighLevel) runs the form, our client records and our texts. Cloudflare hosts this page. If you accept cookies, Google measures which ads lead to enquiries. Some of these companies may process information in the United States, under the protections UK law requires, such as the UK–US data bridge.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within twelve months. If you become a client, your details become part of your client record.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, and withdraw any consent. Call or email us, and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This page sets no cookies of its own. It remembers your cookie choice in your browser's local storage.
With your permission, Google Ads sets a cookie that tells us an enquiry came from one of our ads. Nothing from Google loads until you accept, and you can change your mind with the Cookie settings link at the foot of the page.
The call back form loads from LeadConnector as you scroll to it, and may set cookies it needs to work, including Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person rather than a program is filling it in. The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies.
